Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the order is already shipped, we may not be able to reroute it. If the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Delivery issues

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

• Check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building reception

• Contact the carrier using the tracking number

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
