We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to start a return

To request a return, please contact us at Hello@TrendyMilk.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you want to return

• (Optional) A short reason for the return

We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We’ll notify you of the approval status.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (processing times vary by bank).

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
